Aims and objectives

General Aims:

Preventing violent radicalization and promoting democratic values, fundamental rights, intercultural understanding and active citizenship.

 

Specific Objectives:

- Improving the acquisition of social and civic competences and fostering knowledge, understanding and ownership of democratic values and fundamental rights;
- Fostering mutual understanding and respect among people with different ethnic or religious backgrounds, beliefs or convictions, by addressing stereotypes and promoting intercultural dialogue;
- Preventing radicalization in prison, in closed institutions and within society.

In fact, REM project is an Erasmus+ KA3 project that has also the aim to influence european policies.

5th transnational meeting and Final Conference

The 5th transnational meeting took place on the 13th and 14th of November 2019 in Regensburg - Germany. Partners met to share the final activities done for project REM.

On the 15th of November in Regensburg, at Sorat Hotel, was held the Final Conference: partners showed the results of project REM in all the countries involved.

The second part of the conference involed all the participants in a participatory workshop using the world cafè method.

Thanks to all the german and european stakeholders for their active participation and to the partners for the great work done!
